Trey Glover Assumes Chief Position

Chapter Chief Dan Trust and Chapter Communications Secretary is Logan Trust are moving to Warner Robins, GA at the end of June. Roger “Trey” Glover III, the current Chapter Vice Chief, will take over as Chapter Chief until new elections are held at the Fall Conclave. Trey is very active in the chapter and CBD District supporting such activities as district camporees, and OA conclaves. He is a regular site at CBD District Roundtables.

In addition, Austin Lynch will be taking on the duties of Chapter Communications Secretary until a new secretary is appointed. If you are interested, please contact Trey.

2007 Chapter Officers Elected

2007 Chapter Officers: Austin, Logan, Trey, and Dan

At the Fall Conclave, the chapter assembled for its annual business meeting and chapter officer elections. It was good to see more members interested in run for office. Thanks needs to be given to all brothers seeking office. It shows that each year more and more are willing to follow in Uncas’ footsteps.

 The chapter elected Dan Trust as Chapter Chief. Dan is a member of Troop 510 and Sea Scout Ship 248. Dan is a Brotherhood member and on the Pre-Ordeal Ceremony Team. Elected as Chapter Vice Chief was Roger “Trey” Glover III of Troop 171, Trey is a Brotherhood member and has been active in staffing district camporees. The position of Chapter Membership Secretary went to Austin Lynch for Troop 345. Austin is also a Brotherhood member and has attended many Fall Conclaves. Filling the position of Chapter Communications Secretary is Richard Logan Trust of Troop 458. Logan is a Brotherhood member as well and served as the SPL in Troop 458. All four are Eagle Scouts.
