Youth Leadership College

Formerly known as Junior Leader College, the Order of the Arrow will once again put on this event. Joe Henry, Lodge Chief, said he has "two rather exciting pieces of news to share with you. First, Paul Douglass will be our Guest Speaker at the opening ceremony on April 14th!" Second, YLC will be featured in the next National OA bulletin! I received a call from Paul Jensen (2005 OA Central Region Chief) today. Paul asked me some great questions about YLC (what is it, why is it important, etc.) and will feature them in a section in the next issue! I think this speaks a lot of our Lodge, that we will be recognized nationally. I hope you are all looking forward to it as much as me!" The National Bulletin is linked at http://www.main.oa-bsa.org/bulletin/.

PSR New Camper Cabin Takes Shape

Thanks to the efforts of  Chgapter Advisor Bruce Paulson, the new camper cabin at PSR is taking shape. Located were Father Brown's old trailer once stood, a new two level,

cedar lap siding facility is taking it place. Work has been going on for the past year and is an excellent opportunity for scout units to lend a hand with the construction. If interested in helping, please contact PSR Camp Ranger Dave Pederson or call Bruce Paulson 651-334-3601 or cricketbpp@comcast.net. This is a great way OA members can take the lead in their units by planning a work day of fun and fellowship (with a little work thrown in), please pass

along the invitation.
